This course will teach students construction planning and scheduling in Critical Path Method (CPM) of scheduling techniques. It will cover Arrow Diagramming Method (ADM) and Precedence Diagramming Method (PDM), development of baseline schedule, work breakdown structures (WBS), project resources and resource leveling, resource and cost loaded baseline schedule, schedule updating, date constraints, logical relationship, activity duration estimating and contractor narrative report as per contract scheduling specifications and contract requirements

Students will also learn the concept of Project Controls, review and analyze Contractor detailed baseline schedule for acceptance as per contract requirements, review and analyze Contractor Monthly CPM update, providing schedule analysis report (SAR) and preparing time impact analysis (TIA).
