Donna Tucker

Chief of Staff

Donna Tucker is Chief of Staff of the Regional Alliance. Ms. Tucker has been second in command of the Regional Alliance since she joined the organization in 1999. Ms Tucker is also project director for the Port Authority's S/M/W/DBE support program and has been project director of many other contracts including the Columbia University's program. Prior to joining the Regional Alliance, Ms. Tucker was manager in charge of certification and various S/M/W/DBE support programs, in particular, the vendor/concessionaire programs at the Port Authority's airport, bus and World Trade Center facilities. Donna holds a Certified Compliance Administrator Certification with the American Contract Compliance Association and has completed numerous US DOT DBE Certification Workshops. She attended Pace University.
