Managing Growth

Managing Growth is a classroom program that provides courses enabling MWLDBE and SDVOB owners and employees to learn the ins and outs of the construction business, managing the office OSHA rules, and financial management. Computer courses are an adjunct to this program. 

Financing Small Contractors (FiSC) assists small, minority, and women-owned contractors in obtaining financing. Regional Alliance staff and its consultants assist contractors in assembling loan packages. Applicants for this program must be approved by one of our partner clients.

Loaned Executive Assistance Program (LEAP) provides one-on-one consult assistance to small construction contractors in business management operations, administration, and finance.
