Construction Management Certificate Program
This program aims to present & discuss the management of construction projects in the field. The coursework is designed for contractors, engineers, designers, and others in the construction industry. The course covers construction management fundamentals, including Blueprint Reading, Construction Cost Estimating, Project Scheduling & Contract Administration. This program, sponsored by The Port Authority of NY & NJ, will lead to a certificate in Construction Management and qualifies for continuing education hours (NYS Approval #C01420).
This innovative course will provide construction-orientated professionals with practical knowledge and will cover construction management fundamentals. NYS has approved this course for 22.5 hours of continuing education for real estate salespersons, brokers, and appraisers.

OSHA 30-Hour
This course trains participants on the requirements of OSHA standards and construction work practices. This course is a comprehensive safety program designed for anyone involved in the construction industry. The course provides complete information on OSHA compliance issues and is designed to help recognize safety hazards on the job.
8-Hour Fall Prevention
This course provides construction workers with information on recognizing potential fall hazards at their worksites and suggests ways to avoid, minimize, control, or prevent them whenever possible. The course focuses on falls to common fall hazards, analyzes work areas for fall hazards, discusses methods to control or prevent fall hazards, and describes OSHA’s fall protection resources.
2-Hour Drug and Alcohol Awareness Course
This training aims to enable supervisors to determine whether reasonable suspicion exists to require a driver to undergo testing described in 382.307. It must include at least 60 minutes of training on alcohol misuse and 60 minutes on controlled substance use (120 minutes total).
