The Regional Alliance for Small Contractors (RASC) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to being a central hub for businesses looking to develop and grow. Through the RASC network of services and corporate partners, its members can take advantage of opportunities to further the growth of their enterprises.

The Regional Alliance for Small Contractors’ mission is to assist contractors in unique capacity-building programs where they can advance to opportunities empowering economic and workforce development.

Promote the representation of minorities and women in the ownership, management, and workforce of construction and related businesses.
Promote policies and practices that improve the competitive position of small, minority, and women-owned businesses.
Create capacity-building programs to undertake contracts of increasing size and complexity.
Provide marketing and networking opportunities with private and public sector firms.
